There's this syndrome for writers called Refresh. They all suffer from it. Something is out on submission. They can be writing. They can be revising or editing. Doing very responsible writerly things.

And they are also abusing this button. The F5.

I've decided in the best interest of all involved (myself) that this button will have to be removed, with pliers, from my laptops keyboard.
